HDMI connection to other type of lead

Sorry, don't know the correct name of the "other type of lead. I have a standard square ended HDMI lead but need to connect to a lead that has the slightly rounded top on it, so can extend to something 10m away. Have searched Ebay but cannot find. Any pointers pl?  TIA

Ah... yes USB is what I was struggling for. I want to connect a USB port at the back of the sky box to a HDMI port on a projector. I already have a long lead with HDMI at both ends. Found this
USB to HDMI Adapter Cable Cord - USB 2.0 Type A Male to HDMI Male Converter Only | eBay
    though it does say
    • Note: 1, The HDMI to USB splitter adapter Only support can provide charging, no data transfer function; 2, Can be used for charging from USB port to device like hard disk with HDMI port. Not workable for charging from HDMI port to USB port. NOT used for watching TV from USB port to HDMI port.
    • "no data transfer"
    • Does that mean it would not support transferring the picture??

    It does

When you look at any adapters you need to read the small print

I have adapters for my Macbook which is USB c in so I can load video but I'm not sure the other way round

Been a while since I had a SKY box but I don't think the USB ports on them actually do anything - I don't think they are an output. They certainly never used to be.
