    Hi

What we have found that iPhones have a better ability to pick up signals vs our android phone - possibly just us but worth considering.

We have aslo noted that when in the same room in our house or some one else's place, often the iphone gets the same alert before the android - we are with Asda mobile, payg and the same thing happend when we were with 3 mobile

    Thanks

I can't use iPhone as I need dual SIM and iPhone does not allow that. I need 2 proper SIMs all the time. Only in China iPhone is available with dual SIM slots.

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

My contract is with Tesco mobile who uses O2 network. It seems WiFi calling is not offered by Tesco Mobile.

Tesco Mobile has not fully rolled out WiFi calling. I am not in any contract with them so I'll look for deals elsewhere and I'd leave.

Yes, I can use WhatsApp calls but work related calls tend to be normal phone calls.
I'm confused by the bits in bold - what contract do you have?

I've a SIM-only contract with Tesco Mobile, and my phone (which I didn't buy from them) allows me to use WiFi calling.  Which phone & Android version are you using, as WiFi calling may still work for you?  For my Redmi phone, it's turned on using:

Settings -> SIM cards & mobile networks -> click on the Tesco SIM -> select "Make calls using WiFi"

That's interesting. I have PAYM contract with Tesco Mobile but I am outside initial period, so I can quit anytime.

My phone is Motorola Edge 20 Lite. When I look for WiFi calling option I don't get that with Tesco Mobile. But if I add a 2nd SIM card, e.g. EE, I see that option!
