eBay return item - QR code?
Options

I want to return an eBay item, but I don't have a printer to print the return label.
There is an option to use a QR code to show at the Post Office so they'll print the label. Would the Post Office accept a photo of the QR code on my phone or is it necessary to download the Royal Mail app and create an account to scan the QR code?
Some people say they just showed the QR code at the Post Office as a photo on their phone, but I haven't seen any mention about this on eBay's site.

You should get the code by email too? Then show them the email.
A photo of a screen will probably not be clear enough.0 -

I did tis at a post office. They could not print a label from a tracking number on the label, nor from an image of the return label.
I had to download the separate "Royal Mail QR Code", which they can scan, (or a picture of it) and the label is printed automatically.
They do not scan the label.
I don't get why, when the seller is paying for the return postage, you dont auto get a Royal Mail QR Code.
