Mine was renewed end of last year was more or less dead on 13 months from when I sent the forms back.My daughters was due last April got the forms mid March a week later I had a phone call to check a couple of things (I am her appointee as has autism and selective mutism) one week later award letter came through albeit only for 2 years. I did ring as award said award was longer than last one due to her needs but it wasn’t. I was told not to worry when the renewal forms came again just to put on no change for everything. Obviously bad advice0
