I've decided to get rid of my Model Co cream blush, it's well on it's way to being finished but I find cream blushes get so grubby even though I keep my brushes clean and I just don't want to be putting it on my face anymore.

UU Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue moisturiser.  HG.  Replacement in stash.
Is that the tinted one? I have one, unopened, but bought a few years ago at least. Had it before and remember liking it for gentle coverage as well as hydration... right now I use Origins Ginzing SPF40 which is quite similar in the effects.

Yes, that's the one.  I love this product.  There was a period last year when it was out of stock everywhere due to Bare Minerals being bought by a new umbrella company.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

UU:  OPI Tickle my Francey mini.  I still think I find this colour so so however it seems to be a staple in any mini kit from OPI so no doubt I'll own it again some time.

  • Hello - please may I join? I've got drawers and baskets of stuff, must have about 6/7 unopened shower gels, 5+ cleaners etc all on the go plus I'm using Skin and Me so barely need anything to use.

I'll do a list later, I think I also need to look at giving what's unopened to the food bank and just focus on what I have opened already.

I am also going through a tricky patch with sudden allergies so may need to get rid of a load of make up that I can no longer wear

  • Welcome @beckstar1975 - the more the merrier!  You're not alone in the stash- for instance I have FIVE unopened toners- that will take me a hundred years to finish!! Slowly but surely though, being on this group helps you use up what you have, and although I won't claim to never buy unnecessary skincare/makeup purchases, it helps a lot to be more mindful.

    One UU this morning:
    • Batiste Dry Shampoo - Medium & Brunette 200ml:  HG, already got my replacement.  Last one of these was finished in June, but I was alternating with a regular dry shampoo (that was huge!!) so I'm not sure exactly how long it would take to use up a can by itself as I always have one brown and one regular.  I usually use the regular on days I don't see anyone, but the brown if I'm doing something that day where I'll see people

  • One UU this morning:  Aromatherapy associates mini tube deep relax shower gel. Was part of a gift set, it was nice and relaxing to use but probably won’t buy again unless part of a set.

  • WBA: lanolin cream for my lips! I suffer from severely cracked lips in the wintertime, and my medical student friend suggested getting a nursing mothers' nipple cream for my lips. Well what do you know, I purchased a small tube to try it out and it worked like magic, so now I can commit to a larger tube for cheaper cost. The cream is called Purelan lanolin cream btw  and finally having nice lips means I can start using my (too many varieties of) lipsticks.

I'm new here so take it easy on me!
