Mortgage with poor credit

Hoping there will be someone out there who can offer me a little reassurance!
Just about to apply for a mortgage, purchasing a newbuild with 4% deposit contribution from the builder, we are making up the 10%.
We have both been homeowners with a mortgage in the past. Partner has a squeaky clean credit record, mine not so much! I have a number of missed payments (around 15) between 2019 and 2020). All are just late payments showing 1 month. One from 2019 is 2 months (an unpaid £15 overdraft charge I didn't realise I had). I've been £5 over one credit card limit once in 2019. I have absolutely no missed payments on my mortgage, utilities, phone bill, just paypal and one credit card I didn't manage well! My credit record before 2019 is immaculate and since mid 2020 has also been perfect. I have no balances on any of my credit cards and just closed all but 1 down. One is still showing a £200 balance so presume I'll need to provide statements to show they are paid in full. I also have a couple of payday loans from 2017 (all paid on time).
I have a bank loan that equates to 36% of my annual salary and my partner has a PCP car deal that probably equates to 68% of his annual salary. We earn 82k between us.
I had an EXTREMELY tough time between 2019 and 2020 which led to my finances going to ruins. I'm absolutely terrified this will stop me getting a 90% LTV mortgage.
Can anyone offer any reassurance? I have a meeting with a broker this week but I am stressing!

Sorry, I should have clarified, the percentage debt to annual salary is the balance, not the monthly payment. Our monthly payments are between 12-16% of our take-home pay monthly.0
