My team leader saves £300 pm
My other team leader says with his mortgage,it's hard paying which he does for everything
He says it's difficult to save £80pw
My father causing my mental health problems if im saving £300pm
Some may allocate some money for a holiday

Why not spend what you need or want to for a few months and then see how much you have left at the end of each month ------and then try and save a similar amount regularly every month.
Or----you don't have to have a fixed amount every month----play it simple and put what you can, when you can, into savings.
Simplicity is often better than targets, aims, or whatever your "team leader" says. Save what you have left at the end of every month.............0
