Right. So she needs to look at what will happen if she does NOT make a new UK will - I presume that would over-ride the Spanish one? - and that may encourage her to make the new UK will. But the other argument is that it will be much simpler for those left behind if they do NOT need to engage with the Spanish process ...Alderbank said:
