TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “WIN a holiday with VIBE BY Jet2holidays on KISS Radio” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	This competition is running on: KISS Radio   On air competition Each weekday between 7am and 11am from Monday 6th February 2023 to Friday 24th February 2023. 1 entrant, who has successfully entered online and entered their correct details online, will be phoned and brought to air to tell us their holiday memory and win a VIBE BY Jet2holiday.   There will be 1 overall winner per day. (15 total across the 3weeks) given away on air.   The presenter’s decision is final.   (A) In order to be eligible to win, entrants must go online to the stations mentioned in 2.0 and tell us the following details:   Full name and contact details 3 sentences telling us their favourite holiday memory.   (B) Registering to participate does not provide any guarantee that your entry will be successful or that you will win a prize.  Shortlisting to win:   (C) A judging panel will draw a shortlist of potential contestants at random from the nominations received. The team will then judge these entries based on the following criteria: The most unique, funny or compelling stories. (D) The KISS Radio team will contact you to notify you if your entry has been shortlisted and to check your availability.    (E) Being contacted does not guarantee you will win.   (F) You must be willing to speak on air about your entry and allow to KISS team to potentially contact other people mentioned in your entry.  (G) KISS Radio reserves the right to choose another contestant from the shortlist if they are unable to contact you. (H) Entries will be open from 31/01/2023 at 17:00pm until the close of the competition online entry period on 23/02/2023 at 11:00am.  (I) Refer to Section 5 – Prizes, for more information about how the prizes that have been won will be awarded to the winner(s).   (J) Entrants will only be deemed a winner, upon entry being selected and being told by the Presenters on air that they are a winner.   (K) If the entrant does not give permission to contact them, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be chosen.   Judging for this competition will be continuous and winners can be contacted throughout the start and end date. Each successful winner will be awarded a minimum of a 5-night VIBE BY Jet2holidays getaway for two people (one of whom must be the winner).   Winners will be drawn between Wednesday 1st February 2023 and Thursday 23rdFebruary 2023.

3. DATES	Start Date and End Date. From Tuesday 31st January 2023 at 17:00pm (Start Date) to Thursday 23rd February 2023 at 11:00am (End Date).   Judging for this competition will be continuous and winners can be contacted throughout the start and end date.    Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.  Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider (Jet2holidays and any companies within the Jet2 plc group of companies), must not enter. Any such entries will be void. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. The prize must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.   Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. 1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize.  Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

 

1. MISCELLANEOUS. 
   1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

   3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject. 
   4. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
   5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call. 
   6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
