NatWest Reward Account Sky Cashback

Hi

Just wondered if any NatWest customers have noticed if the Sky TV cashback reward is still available?
I know it was still live in October but we can't see it on my dad's reward account. We were thinking we may need to switch the direct debit to get it to appear.

These offers are targeted, so it's hard to say definitively. I've only been targeted for Sky Mobile (and the last such offer expired in November).

If the offer shows on your MyRewards account, then it's available. If it's not, then it's not.

Thanks for that. I've been using this type of cashback for a few years with other banks and they normally only pop-up if no DD is active. I think we need to move the current DD.

I don't have Sky direct debits on any of my Natwest Group accounts and yet haven't seen a Sky offer from them in over a year. It's difficult to know what conditions Sky are targeting based upon but I would suspect strongly they are more numerous than 'does not currently have Sky DD on current accounts'.
