Scottish Power issues

  • Scottish Power does not stick to the scheduled call backs. The emails they respond to are apologies for an unsatisfactory service but not addressing the issue. The web chat ends after an hours wait with "we are busy at the moment, Try again later". Finally the phone, after being on hold for over 1 hour, I got put through to a person who apologises for the issues they have with the phone line connection being so poor, then at the end of the call, I'm still in no mans land on the issue I called about.
