My installation date is 9 days away, I'm expecting a text any day now to cancel as cable still not pulled.
Ljc80_2... If they do give up on you totally, they have to give 30 days notice, so that's another 30 days@ £5.25.

I was asking one of the customer service pre install team (or whatever they are called) and they alluded that I would only get the compensation once the install was done, i.e I couldn't cancel it and get it?
Im at the point i think ill look to get another ISP, and just leave virgin to install their cable when they want so its ready for future and then cancel the package with them.0 -
Thats my installation now delayed until the 1st May (originally 1st Feb)
I know that delays are common, but how long would "normal" be, this seems ridiculous!0
