First Home Scheme

Hello, I have been thoroughly researching into this scheme and am very much interested in it, however, I cannot seem to find any information regarding who pays the rest of the mortgage. It states that you only have to have a mortgage to cover a minimum of 50% of the discounted price of the property but it doesn't state anywhere who pays for the rest! I don't want to get caught out so would be great if someone knew the answer! Thank you in advance.

As far as I can see.
It doesn't look as anyone pays the difference but there are strings.
If you sell it has to be at the discounted price
You have to sell to someone on the First Home scheme
There are other strings too0
