Hi
I used the Just Answer website thinking I had used my NatWest debit card for a one of payment. I found out 5 months later that this company has been taking £50.00 out of my account every month. Apparently there is a small print where you have to notify them that you no longer require their services. Otherwise they carry on taking money out of your account.
Does anyone know if I can get my money back?

Yes if you can prove you asked them to cancel and they didnt.
Outside of that you are talking about goodwill from them; some companies are surprisingly reasonable and if their records show no use they will backdate a cancellation but no idea about this particular company.0 -
