Hi all, does anyone have an up to date price list of all persimmon extras/finishing touches/upgrades please?
I’m looking to reserve a plot which is being built and don’t want to get to the final stages and have a load of extra to pay? I asked the agent on site about extras but just got a booklet with code numbers of items, not the actual cost!
Any help and advice appreciated

I’m not sure about extras but in terms of advice, make sure you are satisfied with the reputation and do some research before you commit. You can also search for Persimmon threads on this forum.
