Heads up, compers! In order to investigate a technical issue, we've had to move some of the older threads from Game Over into a new category called 'Game Over Archives'. It'll be comps from before 2017, so shouldn't have too much impact on your day-to-day Forum experience. Thanks for your patience!

For your chance to win, simply answer the question below.

In which Cornish city is Old Chapel Cellars located?

ANSWER - TRURO

Raise a glass to longer days, warmer weather and more time outside with a case of spring-friendly wines from Old Chapel Cellars in Cornwall

From spotting the first daffodil of the year to seeing a slice of early morning sunshine stream through the bedroom curtains, the first signs of spring always deliver a blast of optimism. Light evenings, alfresco suppers and colourful seasonal ingredients are just around the corner – and the team at Old Chapel Cellars in Cornwall have curated a bespoke case of wines for the occasion.

From their bottle shop in a former Methodist church in the shadow of Truro Cathedral, the Old Chapel team do things a little differently. As the first wine merchant in the UK (and second in the world) to receive B Corp accreditation, it alights people, planet and profit – and focuses on creating connectivity through great wine. The sense of community is evident not just in the friendly service and personal recommendations but also in the regular food and wine pop-up events, which recommence this spring.

In the spring case of wine, the Old Chapel crew have selected six bottles that pair perfectly with the season’s dishes. There’s an organic Cava from a pioneering family estate near Valencia, a spritely Vinho Verde that’s perfect for spring seafood dishes, a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc to reawaken jaded palates, a gorgeous Provençal rosé that’s just waiting for the first warm days of spring, an easy-drinking Rioja for early barbecues and firepit sipping, and a smooth and brambly Bordeaux which is the perfect pairing for Easter’s roast lamb.
