I need to log a day for yesterday. Work is manic, I’ve already had a few takeaway days, I’m just so tired and I haven’t had a chance to prep anything yet. At least yesterday I managed to do soup and toast instead. And today I’ve done my supermarket shop so should be back on track for home-made meals.
