That's shockingly true. It's most of the big companies now. They employ a skeleton staff to answer the phones and then try and say whatever they can to get you off the line.martindow said:Glad it worked out OK - all part of life's rich pageant when importing things.Unfortunately the quality of information when phoning is very poor from some companies.
