To recap, it is up to the employer. Some probably couldn't care less, even if they spot the issue. Others may take even the slightest dishonesty / economy with the truth very seriously and rule the candidate out. We simply don't know who you have applied to and most likely wouldn't know their policy even if we did.

If this job requires an enhanced security check, you will get found out if they decide to proceed further with your application. Best to withdraw your application, redo your CV to make it accurate and resubmit should the vacancy be re-advertised in the future.
