S&S ISA & SIPP, should I stay or should I go?

Could I save more than just a few quid if I moved my S&S ISA and my SIPP?
I have a S&S ISA with Halifax, VLS 60 & HSBC GBL BAL value around 125K. I have not contributed to it over the past year and at most, would only contribute once a year.
I have a small SIPP with Vanguard, only around 25K. Being retired, I just contribute £2880? A year, all I’m allowed.
Could I cut my costs?
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.
