Hi,
Is there a way to transfer between funds in an iWeb SIPP, or do I have to sell the fund I hold then buy another?
Thanks

There is a fund switching facility, but is slow (except for ETFs):

If you have some cash in the SIPP, you can switch in stages with a series of simultaneous sales and purchases.0 -
Some platforms such as HL allow you to switch funds with a single instruction, although in reality it's a sale and purchase, but I don't think IWeb provide this facility so you will have to give them 2 instructions

Thanks, I couldn't see anything but wanted to check I wasn't missing a trick. I've got a fair bit in there so don't want to be out of the market. I guess I could do it chunks.ColdIron said:Some platforms such as HL allow you to switch funds with a single instruction, although in reality it's a sale and purchase, but I don't think IWeb provide this facility so you will have to give them 2 instructions0 -
Be careful of their £5 per trade, by doing it in chunks.
Worth bearing in mind. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 3.24% of current retirement "pot" (as at end December 2025)2 -
Sorry, I did not read the original post closely enough. iWeb does not appear to provide a switching facility.GeoffTF said:There is a fund switching facility, but is slow (except for ETFs):
