Can't file SA100 because HMRC site doesn't give me the option to.

in Cutting tax
After my bankruptcy I had to request a Post Bankruptcy new UTR in order file my 20/21 return, which I completed online.
I just logged in to the Gateway to file my 21/22 return but it didn't have a link (ANYWHERE) to download/open the 21/22 SA100 in order to file online.
The only apparent option is to re-register for Self Assessment but only if:
i) you’re filing for the first time
ii) you’ve sent a tax return in the past but did not send one last tax year
Now, I'm not filing for the first time, I have sent tax returns online many times in the past and I did file a return for the last tax year.
Any advice?

Tax return options: file a return ?0

There isn't that option unfortunately. However, I've just noticed at the top of the web page in the black header it states 'Business Tax Account'
I've told HMRC a number of times over the years that the business stopped trading over 5 years ago and it looks like they still haven't updated my online account. Strange because it clearly states my Post Bankruptcy UTR.
Anyway I've signed up for a Personal tax account now so there shouldn't be any issues now. Thanks.0
