Help! Still don't know how to claim £400 -Govt was meant to provide a way

I'm in temp accommodation and pay fuel bills to holiday site owners. I note this from the MSE site:
"Park homes residents, or any other individuals who pay their bills through a third party via a non-domestic contract, will also be entitled to the £400 one-off payment, although the Government hasn't yet confirmed how and when this payment will be received. We've asked the Government for this extra information."
It's nearly February. Anyone yet know how I can claim this?
Thanks for the feedback?

I don't believe it has been fully confirmed as yet - the Gov.uk site should confirm once the detail is known.

I'm not sure that you can assume that people "temporarily" occupying holiday accommodation qualify in the same way as permanent residents in park homes.RedPandaVibe said:I'm in temp accommodation and pay fuel bills to holiday site owners.1 -
You need to wait until the end of February at the earliest. Latest update that I saw said the 26th!RedPandaVibe said:I'm in temp accommodation and pay fuel bills to holiday site owners. I note this from the MSE site:

All discussions here went that only occupants of a residential park home, but not those of a holiday site.
Are you really in a holiday site that closes for a few weeks every year and does not allow the occupants to live there all year?

Responding to all the above comments. Thank you!
Our situation is we have been in temporary accommodation (organised through the Council) since August in a cottage on a farm. We pay fuel to the farmer.0 -
Is the cottage not separately metered? If so, is it a sub meter or a supplier meter?
If it's the latter, the owner will be receiving the EBSS and should be passing it on to you.
If it's the former, then you'll have to await the delayed announcement sometime in February. No free lunch, and no free laptop
