I bought one just before Christmas (Meaco ABC 12l @ £165 + 3yr warranty) from the airconcentre (listed as a stockist on Meaco website).
I was able to pre-order it, as it was out of stock everywhere else, and came with a longer warranty than advertised elsewhere.
I'd previously signed up for notifications via the Meaco website, and was notified of stock, a few days before mine was delivered.... so you may just have to wait for stock to come in, if there's a particular one you want.

You don't say why you need one but as we're near the end of winter & the forecast for at least the next month in England & Wales isn't too cold i'd hold off & get one in summer, second hand preferably as they can be had quite cheap & often lightly used .
