All weather silicone adhesive for roof spikes.

Can anyone recommend a proven all weather silicone adhesive to secure bird deterrent strips to the top of my tiled roof. I got them fitted last summer using Sticks Like S*** but with the -9 temperatures and snow we've had over the last couple of months, most of them have become detached and fallen off.
