Interactive Investor and Moneyhub/Open Banking

Hi all.
Has anyone else had an issue connecting Interactive Investor via Open Banking with their financial app/software? I use Moneyhub and since 13 Jan, it's been unable to update the balances and transactions as the connection keeps getting refused. I've even deleted the link/account in Moneyhub and tried re-adding it but still get the same problem.
I've just raised support tickets with II and Moneyhub but was interested if this was an issue for others too.
Thanks.

Yep same here. Moneyhub have it listed on their website as a known issue.

To the other poster who mentioned the ii quote on open banking not being compatible. The way moneyhub works with ii is that it is a manual process in the app, you have to 'click to refresh' and you get sent a TFA code which you enter and it then updates.
To the OP it wouldn't surprise me if ii have made updates to try and stop moneyhub from doing this. I've removed the connections and added them back manually. I'll then update them in moneyhub once a month. Its actually quicker than doing a refresh each time!early retirement wannabe0 -
What is you opinion on the new look interactive Investor site ? I preferred having the older look with the option of toggling between the 2 older versions.I like using Firefox and the new II site does has been working well with it and as I am not a lover of Google chrome their suggested go to browser.0

It seems to have been the equivalent of rearranging the shelves in a shop. Other than not being able to find some things in their usual place, and having to deal with an export of my holdings being sorted in a different order, I've not really noticed anything else.
