Ex tenant not changed address

Hi All,
My previous tenant hasn’t changed his address and I am still receiving 100s of his letters everyday which include PCNs, unpaid bills, ULEZ charges etc.
I have messaged him about this but he is not responding. Looks like he hasn’t changed his address on his van as well.

What can I do apart from sending letters back mentioning person no longer live here.
Regards

Amazing the terrible quality of glue on envelopes these days. A letter for an ex-tenant "fell open" on the mat. From HMRC, couldn't but notice name of his new employer. Small chain of 8 hotels. Found him on 2nd 'phone call. Collecting rent arrears a couple of months later...6

Thanks everyone, my mistake it’s 10s of everyday. I will do as advised.Isn’t it illegal to have wrong address registered on your car though?0

If you get letters stating that their cat tax/insurance hasnt been paid just ring the 'hotline' to notify the DVLA of untaxed or uninsured cars
Thats what i did with our last tenant we evicted and left us with almost £7K arrears
I opened every piece of mail that came addressed to her1
