Blue badge ticket

Options
I was out with my daughter today, who is a blue badge holder, and I parked in a multi-storey car park in a disabled space. However I completely forgot to put up the badge on the dashboard, so when I returned to the car I had a ticket on my window. Is this worth fighting or shall I just get on and pay it?

Multi storey = private PCN.  Easy to beat and not a fine or penalty.  No paying!

Therefore you do exactly what the NEWBIES thread pinned Announcement says to do.

    Which PPC?

(Acronyms are in the NEWBIES thread).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

A blue badge is not issued for use in private car parks, you actually display it as a courtesy to the PPC to make their life easier, why would you pay a scammer?
Follow CM's advice and plan A is always the first route.

I forgot to put in a defence for the CCJ and I may or may not now have a CCJ against my name, got a letter today from DCB Legal telling me to pay them and they'll tell the court I've paid the CCJ. However I haven't had an official CCJ letter so not sure if I've actually got one or not

If DCB Legal wrote to you, did they give the date of the hearing and therefore the CCJ?  You only have a month to pay it before it impacts your ability to get credit (and a whole lot more unsavoury factors).

Sounds like it was a default Judgment.

Quite likely as the OP didn't submit a defence but, as he/she wrote, a letter was received from DCB Legal which normally gives details.
