Central heating grant

I hope I have this in the right group. I'm eligible for a free central heating system but am worried they will use cheap substandard gear. Small single radiators, undersized copper pipe and a cheap boiler that won't last.
Is this generally the case?

    Even if this were true, which it's not, then, since it ill have cost you precisely zero, how would you be any worse off?
    The boiler you get will probably be an economy model, but it should still function adequately for many years.
    Obviously the system needs to be spec'd to heat the property adequately.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
