Yodel /collect+

I booked and paid for a parcel service online collect+ website. Paid extra to insure up to £50. Parcel dropped off on their store to store service but tracking ended went it left the local distribution centre. Trying to make a claim and I get nothing but the round around. Constantly receiving a response that it’s not yodel, it’s not collect plus and parcel2go now gets mentioned .. struggling to know who is who in this business and who I should be Pursuing to get any money back for yodel loosing my parcel - when I say loose, this is a fully tracked service so suspect more likely stolen by staff. You don’t jus let loose a parcel 100% in their hands.

Surely you make a claim to whichever party you paid for the service?  Who was that?
