Do they have camera locations for all of Western Europe on pocket GPS?

Not sure how they can be "better quality" perhaps you can define this a little?

I've used both tomtom & pocket GPS and found that....1..pocket GPS database is more accurate in positions of cameras, for example a fixed gatso camera near my home shown 2 streets away on tomtom from where it was..on pocket GPS the camera is shown correctly..2..its updated far more often than tomtom..3...has europe coverage....4...pocket GPS has a dedicated verification team receiving camera updates from various sources (including police etc) tomtom does not have a dedicated team pure rely on the national camera database and people sending in information...which seems is never verified unlike pocket gps

  • I like my Garmin & brought my daughter a Garmin for Xmas(her choice having asked if she had a preferrence on model or colour). I went to carphone warehouse and got the pink version Model 250 about £139.00. These employ, if you did not know a PIN no. for extra security in case of theft no one can use them.

Try Halfords as the staff are well trained and have hands on display units.

Log onto pocketgps mentioned here. You wont go wrong. Service support in the UK/ good web site/free updates for firmware.

One thing I have not seen mentioned anywhere is the fact that satnavs are also akin to radar! imagine driving down a dark country road, no street lights just you and the twisting road, the wind and the rain belting down you cannot see the road ahead to clearly, where does the next bend turn too, the left or the right... just look at the satnav display! ---RADAR---
