‘100 Prizes Prize Draw’ on Smooth, Capital and Radio X, January - February 2023 – Specific Rules
1. The ‘100 Prizes Prize Draw’ Promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 27th January 2023 to Friday 3rd February 2023 on the Smooth Network, the Capital Network and Radio X. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Camelot UK Lotteries Ltd. The ‘Prize Provider’ is The NDL Group.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at www.smoothradio.com/win/, www.capitalfm.com/win/ or www.radiox.co.uk/win/, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided.
4. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Friday 27th January 2023 and close at 17:00 on Friday 3rd February 2023. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Within 7 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries from Smooth, Capital and Radio X will be entered into a draw. One hundred correct entries will be selected at random and the winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone on the details which were used to enter the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
6. The Promotion will be conducted as a random prize draw meaning that one hundred winning entrants will each receive one of the prizes listed in Point 11. The prizes will be assigned at random to each of the one hundred winning entrants. Winning entrants will not have an option to request a particular prize from the list in Point 11, and when entering the Promotion, you are entering to be in with a chance of winning one of any of the prizes in the prize pool.
7. We may publish and publicise your name, social media handle, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
8. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. Prize Terms and Conditions:
12. E-gift codes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that the Prize Provider receives confirmation of the winner’s delivery email address.
13. ASOS and Currys e-gift codes can be redeemed online and expire after 2 years.
14. Deliveroo e-gift codes can be redeemed via the Deliveroo app or account and expire after 1 year.
15. Ticketmaster e-gift codes can be redeemed online at ticketmaster.co.uk for tickets to participating events taking place in the UK and other event-related products. Ticketmaster e-gift codes expire after 1 year.
16. Virgin Experience Days e-gift codes can be used against any Virgin Experience Day experience and can be used as full or part payment online or over the phone. You are unable to redeem your e-gift card against any Personal Shopping experiences. These e-gift codes expire after 1 year.
17. TravelCard by Inspire e-gift codes can be used against travel options booked via travelinspire.co.uk and can be used as full or part payment. TravelCard by Inspire e-gift codes expire after 18 months.
18. E-gift codes should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen e-gift codes cannot be replaced.
19. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with ASOS, Currys, Deliveroo, Ticketmaster, Virgin, Inspire, Fitbit, Ultimate Ears, or Odeon Cinemas.
20. Product specifications for the Fitbit Inspire 3 Fitness Tracker and Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 4 are subject to change from the manufacturers without notice.
21. All physical prizes (Fitbit and Portable Speaker) will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that the Prize Provider receives confirmation of the winners’ delivery addresses. The Prize Provider will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.
22. Travel allowance as part of the VIP cinema prize will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of their full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
23. As part of the VIP cinema prize, tickets to a standard 2D screening of a movie of the winner’s choice at the winner’s nearest Odeon Cinema is subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes 3D screenings and premium seating.
24. As part of the VIP cinema prize, the meal at a restaurant of the winner’s choice will be based on a maximum of a £25.00 allowance per person. The allowance will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of their full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. Any additional food or drink ordered will be at the winner’s own expense and is not included in the prize. You may choose any restaurant you would like to dine in.
25. All prizes must be claimed and/or booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of the Prize Provider’s initial correspondence with the prize winner.
26. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize descriptions are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
27. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
28. We reserve the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Based on this I would say one entry on one of the sites only as the entries from all the 3 stations should be pooled together.
