I Have just completed a survey from British Gas. Just the usual survey type questions, except the final question: Would you be prepared to pay more to a company with good customer service?

You should have asked them to recommend you a better company.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1 -
