ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 27 January 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on 17 February 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of a two-night stay for the winner and up to one (1) companion at Homewood Hotel & Spa (Abbey Ln, Freshford, Bath BA2 7TB) (“Hotel”) in a Hot Tub Suite. The prize also includes:

· breakfast on both days;

· dinner (excluding drinks) on each evening of the stay at the Hotel restaurant(s) (subject to availability) up to £40 (forty pounds) per person per meal;

· full access to the spa facilities during the stay. Please note that use of the spa facilities will be subject to the prize provider’s terms and conditions available at https://homewoodhotel.spabooker.travel/terms-conditions; and

· a £200 (two hundred pounds) allowance which can be used towards travel and drinks at the Hotel (“Allowance”).

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The prize must be booked and taken up within 18 months of winner confirmation and cannot be taken during the following blackout dates:

· 11 to 19 February 2023;

· 1 to 16 April 2023;

· 29 April to 1 May 2023;

· 6 to 8 May 2023;

· 27 May to 4 June 2023;

· 22 July to 31 August 2023;

· 21 to 29 October 2023;

· 16 to 31 December 2023;

· New Year’s Day (1 January 2024);

· 11 to 19 February 2024;

· 29 April to 2 May 2024; and

· 27 May to 4 June 2024.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes transport to and from the hotel, meals, drinks, treatments and personal expenses (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, car hire and travel insurance.

Please note that any element of the prize may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.
