Warranty issues

As I see it, you got what you paid for, a kitchen guaranteed for 10 years. When there was a problem after five, the warranty kicked in and gave you the remainder of those 10 years. Unless it was really a 15-year warranty and Wren changed it? What paperwork do you have to prove it was 15 years?rubbishwren said:In my case, my whole outer kitchen ( all you can see) peeled away twice. I’m talking 40 doors, drawers etc. This is a massive fault of manufacturing and I’m out of pocket to redo kitchen and all the cosmetic repairs. All I did was buy my kitchen from Wren, I didn’t ask/want any of this
If it was a 10-year warranty, I don't see that you're out of pocket, because you reached the lifespan of the kitchen, and anything more would be a bonus.
Having said that, I would want and expect a kitchen to last longer than 10 years, but then Wren are a pretty bargain-basement retailer.0
