Does anyone know how long a Royal Mail label refund takes?

I purchased a Royal Mail label last Wednesday for £11.95 and just as I was going through the payment process their website crashed and I received a message saying that the payment had not gone though and to try again.  So I did it all again and got a second label.

Checked my email and they have processed both labels even though on the first label the tracking is unrecognised.  They have also taken payment of £11.95 twice.  I requested a refund last Friday via the link in the confirmation email but have still not received it.  Does it usually take this long or is there some sort of bug with their system?

I have done this a couple of times. One took around two weeks the other three weeks.

As above, anything between 1- 3 weeks, I suspect they wait until they are sure the cancelled label didn’t get scanned into the system.

Normally you have to wait for the "taking to the post office" period to finish and then it's usually a week or so after that.
