Email login page will not load

I am registered with BT/Yahoo (Talk21) for my email services.
Whenever I try to log in to pick up my emails, the site starts to load, then resets itself every 2-3 seconds, not giving me the opportunity to log in. :mad:
I have tried another PC (at work) and everything works OK - it seems to be the one PC at home that has a problem. All other sites load without problems.
I have run anti-virus scans which have not shown any gremlins.
Does anyone have any ideas please?

Cleared your temporary internet files? Any firewall running?0

I clear the temporary files 2 times a week - my firewall settings have not changed for nearly a year. I have also switched off the firewall and still get the same problem.0
