They might agree that they were moving as the agent is there, and then their plans could change or fall through? A verbal indication from the tenant doesn`t mean very much in my opinion.GDB2222 said:You can ask the tenants what their plans are. If the tenants don’t have plans to move, I don’t think you should get involved.I would ask the tenants themselves, rather than asking the agent. Hopefully, you can speak to them directly during the viewing.0
