Mixer shower - intermittently dripping

Hi all,
We've not long moved into this house (< 2 months). Today the shower has randomly started dripping from the shower head - 3 times so far. To stop it, we've turned the shower on & then straight off again. Any ideas please? It's an inset shower so I presume tiles would need to be removed to fix anything. I work from home and heard it each time so am sure it's just started today.
TIA
ETA - from conveyancing documents, the shower was new in April 2022

Make/model of the shower if you know, generally can be repaired without removing tiles.1

The invoice copy I have has no details other than "supplied & replaced inset shower" and I can't see anything to identify it on the bits of the shower that are visible... I've tried to call the company that did the work but no answer... The invoice was for £255 which seems cheap for a whole shower, so I'm guessing they only replaced the internal workings (sorry I have no idea what the correct terminology is).
Looking closer at the shower, it looks like one large tile was removed in order to get the replacement in, as that tile doesn't match the others & is missing the mosaic detail.
It has a rectangular panel with two dials, one for selecting rain shower or hand held & one for temperature - does that make it a mixer? And on this panel, which is inset into the tile which doesn't quite match the others, it looks (to my untrained eye) as if this could be part of the previous shower - because the top hole (in which sits the dial for selecting rain or handheld) looks normal, whereas the bottom hole (dial for temperature) looks to have been widened. Oh, and the top dial is 'wired in' incorrectly - when you move the dial to rain shower you get the hand held shower & vice versa.
Any ideas how I can identify it?0 -
Yup - with a photograph

Does this help? Please excuse the limescale!

From the above photo,it looks like an unbranded item. Not really a problem unless its installed wrong. Looks like a common item behind that limey fascia a generic valve array.
sometimes some water is left in the hand held shower head or rainfall head after showering, not a problem as it' held in suspensionit will eventually randomly drip out into the shower area.
Maybe the shower valve is being over pressurised by the incoming water pressure and it dribbles out to release some water pressureMaybe its faulty by design, intervention or its collected some water borne debris and randomly dripping due to on/off valve suffering from let by.
Who knows but the repairer would have checked the incoming water pressure to ensure its not to high for that concealed shower mixer.
Is it possible to measure the amount of water dribbling from the shower heads ? Hope you get it sorted out

Thanks to all of you who commented!
After I posted, it hasn't happened again (typical eh!) so I'm going to ignore it unless it happens again...0 -
We have a very similar shower installed by previous owners, it was fairly easy to dismantle and replace the cartridge. I found these people stocked the non-standard one in our shower. https://www.divapor.com/1
