Yes both notary and ITP can be deducted.

And if there was any UK tax to pay, that is when credit for Spanish tax paid comes into effect.

Thanks all, think I can do it now! Seems for a property abroad you dont have to do the form online and there is no 30 day limit so no rushing now!
