Another Probate query

I have spent many hours going  through virtually every post looking at previous experiences but may I ask a couple of things which are bugging me as I  don't want the probate office to raise any unnecessary/preventable  questions on my Dad's probate forms

On the online probate application it asks for my full name but my name on the will does not include middle name, am I right in thinking I have to tick no to the question "Is your name ‘xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx’ exactly what appears on the will? Then in next section next just enter that my middle name is missing from the wilI .

Probate Figures -I did the estate estimate checker and after reliefs and exemptions (my deceased mum's NRB) the estate is £134000 so the checker says there is no IT to pay

From Estate Checker

IHT result – Value of estate before IHT threshold applied    £134,074

Probate application

Did you complete IHT forms to report the estate’s values?    No
Gross value for the estate for inheritance tax in £436574
Net value for the estate for inheritance tax in £430074
Net qualifying value in £430074
Did the deceased have a late spouse or civil partner YES
Are you claiming the unused IHT allowance (‘nil-rate band’) of the deceased’s late spouse or civil partner?    Yes
Gross value for probate in £436574
Net value for probate in £430074

My last question is I assume  Probate are aware of the transferred NRB as I ticked Yes to the "are you claiming the unused IHT allowance" as none of the figures above include the transferred NRB.

Thanks in advance

have again gone through many posts and looked again at the wording on the online portal, can someone with experience advise if my thinking is correct , I have amended the gross value for probate as that figure reads like it should be minus "gifts"

Gross value for the estate for inheritance tax in £436574
Net value for the estate for inheritance tax in £430074
    Net qualifying value in £430074
Gross value for probate is £286574 ( this is £436574 - 150K in gifts)
Net value for probate in £280074

Also with reference to my middle name being missing from the Will , is it best to to answer no to the question "
"Is your name ‘xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx’ exactly what appears on the will?" - I don't know how picky the Probate office are

    Thanks in advance

Regarding the middle name, I filled in a paper probate form last year and both myself and my brothers middle names weren't in the will so I did tick "NO" on the form and then added our full names including middle names in the boxes below. There was no query from the Probate Office about this. Hope this helps.
