Following the steps online, we used the sign up link on here for an Amazon voucher upon registration as this worked out better than the comparison deal over 12 months. We signed up our 6 month old puppy, so far have received no information regarding receiving an Amazon voucher or any sign up reward. (We did follow the link and it was shown at the top of Petsure’s website when signing up). Keep receiving emails from Petsure asking us to give them a review on Trustpilot. Now making me doubt whether their good Trust pilot rating is actually reflective of their service. How would you know until you need to make a claim or contact them for something? Seems most reviews may have been generated just from new sign-ups, possibly in the hopes of a sign-up reward? 

We will see, but so far no reward email and nothing to report in regards to their service. Time will tell.

If you do not receive your voucher within the 90 days, please do email: voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com so it can be looked in to (but hopefully there won't be any need to).

I’m having the same issue and have not received a voucher on a policy purchased in February.

I bought Petsure insurance for my 2 cats on Feb 14 - before the deadline. I should have received an amazon voucher for £140 within 90 days and I haven't received anything. By my reckoning it is now it is now 93 days since I took out the insurance.

Hi.

If you could please check your spam folder (in case, please) - and if you have still not received it, can you please email the following details:

- Policyholder name
- Policy number
- The insurer
- Start date
- Voucher amount you were expecting (and type of voucher, ie: Amazon)

to voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com letting them know you haven't received the voucher yet, and it will get investigated.
