iWeb transfer

Hi, just looking for some advice. I started an ISA transfer from Charles Stanley Direct to iWeb in December (funds) - Charles Stanley say it has been completed, and indeed a tiny amount of cash has been transferred, but both accounts show no funds. Each platform is blaming the other. What should I do next? Getting a bit worried!

A period where investments disappear is not cause for concern itself. The time to get worried is when iWeb tell you the transfer is complete. CSD shouldn't really have removed the funds from your account until the fund house has confirmed re-registration with the new nominee. Even then, someone at iWeb has to link them to your account, which can take a few days.

Ah, ok, thanks. It's been a few weeks, but I'll be patient.

A few weeks (3-7) is pretty good going for an in speccie transfer, I'd just sit tight for now
