Division of funds after house sale

I have recently sold a property with my former partner. The title deed on the property states a 50/50 split. My partner is trying to dispute this. Can you advise me whether he can dispute a title deed which is on a property? Also if we cannot resolve this within 30 days the money will go into a holding account incurring fees.
Many Thanks
Emma

EmmaIs the property owned as Joint Tenants or Tenants In Common? Can the ex dispute the split? Yes, of course. Will his claim to a larger cut succeed? Impossible to say as we can't see/read whatever documents you are referring to.0
