    Hi

    In hindsight, people could say, 'hi, my tyres gone flat, please come and help, thanks.'  It would not be lying unless they asked you "have you hit anyinf" IMHO.

    We are with the mafuatcures breakdown service and TBH, other than its the top flight cover, onward travel etc not sure re the punctures and our suv does not have a spare, nearly put me off from buying the machine as i was considering which classy suv to buy.

    Thnaks
    Mnaufacturer's breakdown service will be RAC or AA.
    But almost certainly not with the same Ts and Cs.
    Not when we had to call them out when car went the car's engine management light came on as I drove back home from picking grandkid from school and the car refused to go over 50mph. The send out the manufactures marques van with their logs on it.

    @ontheroad1970

    I am safely assuming by the comments "RAC/AA sent out" as you have never had  the expereince of owning a  MB. that is maintained by them

    Thanks

    I didn't understand any of that. What has that go to do with any difference between the manufacturer's Ts and C's and those of RAC/AA?

    BTW sending a vanload of logs is a novel approach to the fuel crisis. ;)

    I refer you to my response to @ontheroad1970

    And quote their post aimed at me not sure why as I made it clear that my car brand had their own logo vans as called out for me

    "Mnaufacturer's breakdown service will be RAC or AA."  (Clearly, that is not the case in MB like our cars.)

    Thanks

    For normal breakdowns, it will be AA or RAC.  I locked my car keys in the boot of my mercedes and someone from the nearest dealership came with  equipment - their statement was that the AA wouldn't be able to gain access un the way they do.
