Please show us your full MCOL Claim History.

It should look something like this...
A claim was issued against you on dd/mm/2023
Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on dd/mm/2023 at hh:mm:ss
Your acknowledgment of service was received on dd/mm/2023 at hh:mm:ss
...(followed by a line about the default Judgment)

well after 2 hour of being on the phone and sekaign to 3 agents, appraently my acknowelgment was not fully done even though i had done it but not submitted as it has asked me for a defence before i coudl submit. whe i spoken the money claim.gov and explained  they pretty much said they dont car even though after putting detials it asks u for a defence before you can submit. i had saved and tried to submit so I presumed that the defence part was for me to submit within the time allowed.

So low and behold if I ask for it be set aside i have to pay £275.

where is the justcie in that ?

Acknowledging a claim doesn't require immediate defence, though.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
