Make sure the name of the claimant on the heading is as it is stated on the claim form.

Hi, I've been receiving sporadic letters from the court about moving court to local court etc but now I have to file and submit a witness statement by in 2 days. Can I send this by email the same way I sent my defence after I draft it?
Wow! That's pretty unfair of HM Courts Service to give you just two days notice to file a Witness Statement and evidence, isn't it?
Yes you can send it by email to the hearing court, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant's solicitors.

But - please reassure us - you have surely read the NEWBIES thread again, found the section on Witness Statements and exhibits, plus baz417's exemplar to adapt?

And you've been reading other threads recently and know about adding the HHJ Murch judgment?  No links needed.

"oh yeah ok - it is PRIVATE PARKING SOLUTIONS (LONDON) LTD

    Sent by Gladstones"
And you've hopefully been preparing and reading other Gladstones Witness Statements and know about the need to object to the 10.25% interest?

It's all here for you, and found in seconds.
