    And yes, I have a copy of the head lease, which also has an attached plan that the boundary corresponds to my flat only.

    I suspect the Housing Association is raising finance based on multiple head leases, and then register the charge on all of them regardless (although for my case the head lease does not worth much, but they still want to register the charge on it, oh well)...

    I hope you are paying each year? The legal costs for going into arrears could be significantly more than the cost of the peppercorn......
