BG - Smart meter reads on app and website

Noticed today that the smart read shown for electricity on the website, is about 5 days behind actual. It appears as if I've been moved over on to the new system, altho everything else appears to be OK ( previous bills ,payments .etc).
Also having reinstalled the app, it doesn't appear to show current or past meter reads - is this the "norm" ? If so, seems a bit naff!!
