Meter Time Wrong

I had this meter in a previous address and the economy7 times slipped a few minutes each time there was a power cut.

Ended up appropriately 1.45am the storage heater circuit became live, and 8.45am it flipped back to peak times for bst which was quite nice.

The storage heaters I had did not have a timer, only a switch on the wall so as long as they were on, they only took power when the circuit was live.
